Everything I teach is out there somewhere — so is every workout and every recipe, and people still hire trainers and chefs. You're not paying for information. You're paying to skip the hundreds of hours of trial and error, and to have it applied directly to your work, this month — not someday.

Anything you share with me is treated as strictly confidential. In practice you seldom need to share much: sessions can run entirely on sample or dummy documents, so you learn the methods without ever exposing real client data. Compliance stays where it belongs — with you and your firm's policies on information handling and on which AI platforms are approved for which data. My job is the concepts and their application, including how to judge what's safe to put into a tool in the first place.

I don't sell hours — I sell you your time back. The two-hour sessions are where we build; the real value is the 10+ hours a week you keep saving long after — time for family and friends, for exercise, for the hobbies you've shelved. And it's teach a man to fish, not hand him one: these are working sessions, not lectures, so you leave able to do this yourself rather than dependent on me.

It's simple: you pay HK$1,200 for the Diagnostic, and if you continue with any programme within 30 days, that full HK$1,200 comes straight off the price — the AI Sprint becomes HK$9,600 instead of HK$10,800, for example. It applies to every tier: the Sprint, AI-Fluent, or The Practice. Worth separating from the free consultation, which is a different thing entirely — that's a 15-minute conversation about whether this is right for you at all. The Diagnostic is a working session: AI applied live to your own work, right from the first hour. Different jobs — one decides whether to start, the other already has.

Two hours a session, and you set the cadence. After each one you go back to your work and apply what we built; when you hit the next bottleneck, we book the next. Some clients run weekly, others spread their sessions over months — the programme fits around your calendar, not the other way round.

It's more than either. AI coaching and AI tutoring tend to teach you the tools in the abstract — useful, but you're still left to bridge the gap to your actual work. This is advisory: I sit beside you, inside your real workflow, and we rebuild how you operate so the time savings are yours to keep. Think of it as the senior end of that spectrum — less lesson, more transformation.

Partly. The frontier models — Claude and ChatGPT — need a VPN, an overseas address and an international card just to sign up — which stops most people before they start. Others, like Grok, Gemini and Perplexity, are available in Hong Kong without a VPN — as is Cursor, which carries the frontier models inside it. Either way, I guide you through all of it, properly and securely, so you skip the friction entirely and begin on your actual work from day one.

Poe is a fine place to start — one login, every model, no VPN. But it's a shop window: you see what the models say, not what they can do. Poe can't open your files, read your inbox, work inside your spreadsheet or carry a task from start to finish — you're left copying answers in and out by hand. The frontier tools — Claude and ChatGPT on your desktop, and agents like Codex for the heavier lifting — plug straight into your real work: your documents, your email, your systems. That's where the 10+ hours a week actually come from. And knowing how to connect them — and what to trust them with — is precisely the part no one works out alone. It's most of what we do together.

Reschedule any session with 24 hours' notice and there's no charge. The Diagnostic carries a simple guarantee: if you finish the session and it wasn't worth your time, say so and you don't pay. On the programmes, sessions already delivered aren't refundable — the balance comes back to you pro rata, no exit interview required. I'd rather you leave well than stay reluctantly.
