Private AI Coaching · Hong Kong

An AI coach in Hong Kong — for people whose diary is already full.

You have watched the people around you start moving faster this year, and you have quietly wondered what that does to your next five. You don't need another explainer on what AI is — you need someone senior sitting beside you while it's applied to your own files, your own inbox, your own deadlines. That's what this is: private advisory, one to one, in Hong Kong and online, for people who are already good at their job.

Who This Is For

Who this is for

The senior professional.

Fifteen or twenty years in, respected, and privately unnerved by how fast the ground is moving. You don't want a course. You want to be the obvious answer when your firm asks who understands this.

The business owner.

The business runs on you, so the bottleneck is you — quotes, reporting, follow-ups, the inbox that eats every morning. All of it looks like work only you can do, right up until it isn't.

The team lead.

You've been told to do something about AI, with no plan and no budget line. You need something that changes your team's actual Monday, and a way to explain upward what changed.

The Method

Coaching, not classes

A class teaches a tool. This is closer to what a good advisor does: you bring the work, I bring the judgment, and we make a decision about your Monday — every session, on your own files.

So there is no syllabus, and no cohort to keep pace with. We name the tool by name — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot — and we say plainly where none of them is the answer, because half of getting value out of AI is knowing what to keep human.

I build as we go. That's the difference between an advisor who has read about this and one who ships: you leave sessions with things running, not notes to write up later.

How It Works

How it works

I

Private Consultation — free, 15 minutes.

You describe the work; I tell you whether there is anything here for you. If there isn't, I'll say so.

II

The Diagnostic — one session, 1 hour. HK$1,200 (A$215) on your own, or HK$800 (A$145) each if you bring a colleague.

AI applied live to your real work, and you leave with your AI opportunity map: what to hand over first, which tool does it, and the automations worth building. Finish the hour and if it wasn't worth your time, you don't pay.

III

AI Sprint — three sessions, 2 hours each. HK$10,800 (A$1,950), or HK$7,500 (A$1,350) each paired.

We take the top of your map and build it — and you run it yourself by the end.

IV

AI-Fluent — six sessions, 2 hours each. HK$19,600 (A$3,530), or HK$13,500 (A$2,430) each paired.

Recommended. Long enough that it stops being a project and becomes how you work — your tools, your workflows, your judgment about where AI has no business being.

V

The Practice — scoped, from HK$60,000.

Ongoing advisory for people who would rather have this permanently handled than done in a burst.

Proof, Not Credentials

Proof, not credentials

Kadee Folker, founder of Bloom by Kadee, wrote her own public account of the work: she reclaimed hours each week, and came out of it with a live financial projection model and her inbox automations running. Two more business owners came to Metis AI on her referral, unprompted.

Every demo on this site was built for a real client's real problem — open a few and judge the standard before you spend anything.

Straight Answers

What you're probably wondering.

What does an AI coach actually do?
In practice: I sit with you on your own work and we change it. We take the task costing you most, pick the tool that does it — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot — build it while you watch, and you run it yourself afterwards. There is no syllabus and no theory hour. It is advisory rather than instruction: you keep the judgment, I make sure it is pointed at the right thing.
How much does AI coaching cost in Hong Kong?
Mine is published, so you can compare before you speak to me. The Diagnostic is HK$1,200 (A$215) for one session, or HK$800 (A$145) each with a colleague. The AI Sprint is HK$10,800 (A$1,950). AI-Fluent, which most people should take, is HK$19,600 (A$3,530). The Practice is scoped, from HK$60,000. The 15-minute consultation is free, and the Diagnostic is money-back if the hour wasn't worth it.
I already use ChatGPT every day — is this still worth it?
Usually more so. Daily users have hit the ceiling of what one chat window does: nothing remembers your work, nothing runs while you sleep, and nothing tells you where the tool is quietly wrong. That is the interesting conversation — moving from asking questions to building things that run, and deciding which parts of your judgment should never be handed over.
Do you meet in person in Hong Kong, or online?
Both. In person in Hong Kong, or live online — the corporate programme already runs online for teams anywhere in the world, and the same works one to one. It makes no difference to what you leave with, because we are on your screen and your files either way. Sessions are scheduled around your diary, not a fixed timetable.
Can my team do this, or is it one to one only?
Both exist. This page is the one-to-one side; there is a separate corporate programme built around a team's own workflows, on-site in Hong Kong or live online. If you are not sure which you need, take the free consultation — a team-shaped problem and a personal-workload problem look identical from the outside and need different answers.

The Next Move

One hour, your own work, and a map you keep.

Or take the free 15 minutes first — that is what it is there for.

AI won't take your job. A colleague who's mastered it will.
